These terms are a placeholder pending the operator’s counsel-reviewed version. Below is a plain-English summary of the operating principles for the app, the full-service digitization service, and the Core Memory Orb hardware.
App
The free tier of the app provides restoration and basic motion creation. Premium features are billed in-app via App Store / Google Play subscriptions, subject to those stores’ terms.
Full-service digitization
Service tier purchases include insured shipping both ways, tracked handling, and restoration by trained specialists. Turnaround time is communicated at order time. Originals and finished media are returned together.
Core Memory Orb
The Orb ships pre-loaded with your finished media. Hardware warranty: 1 year against manufacturing defects.
